摘要
2024年9月12日,云南省某猪场仔猪发生发热、呼吸困难、皮肤发绀、腹泻、大量死亡等情况,累计发病1540头,死亡673头,袭击率为55.3%,病死率为43.7%。为查明病因,开展了紧急流行病学调查。通过临床检查、病理剖检、实验室检测及基因测序分析,结合流行病学调查,确定本起疫情为PRRSV类NADC-30感染。分析认为,引入未经免疫的阳性仔猪、饲养管理及生物安全不到位等是导致疫情发生和扩散的主要原因。通过采取紧急免疫、对症治疗、加强饲养管理等一系列防控措施,疫情得到有效控制。本次调查提示,规范引种、科学免疫、加强生物安全和饲养管理,可有效降低PRRS对猪场的危害。
On September 12,2024,piglets suffered from fever,dyspnea,cyanosis,diarrhea and a high mortality rate on a farm in Yunnan Province,involving 1540 piglets affected,673 of which died,with an attack rate of 55.3%and a fatality rate of 43.7%.In order to identify relevant pathogen,an emergency epidemiological investigation was carried out.Through clinical examination,pathological examination,laboratory testing and genetic sequencing analysis,and in combination with epidemiological investigation,the outbreak was confirmed to be an infection of NADC-30-like PRRSV.It was analyzed that the occurrence and transmission of the outbreak were contributed by the introduction of positive piglets without vaccination,inadequate production management and poor biosafety conditions.The outbreak was controlled through a series of intervention and control measures,such as emergency vaccination,symptomatic treatment and improvement of production management.In conclusion,the impact of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)on farms could be effectively mitigated through standardized introduction,scientiffc vaccination,and improvement of the level of biosafety and production management.
