与一例人炭疽病例关联的畜间紧急流行病学调查

摘要 2024年5月16日,山东省某县发现1例人皮肤炭疽并发脑膜炎型炭疽病例,患者主要从事肉羊养殖工作。为查明病原来源、畜间疫情状况、传播扩散风险,有效控制疫情,通过现场询问、采样检测及询问查证等方式,对与该人炭疽病例关联的畜间疫情开展紧急流行病学调查。经调查,该人间病例可能在分割染疫死羊过程中被感染;畜间病原可能来自外市某活羊贩卖人员运输货车。通过限制移动、紧急免疫、消毒灭源和宣传指导等方式迅速控制住了疫情,没有发生疫情扩散。疫情警示,应严格落实动物检疫制度与指定通道制度,加大执法力度,严禁城市间的不合规动物调运,降低炭疽疫情传入风险。 On May 16,2024,a human case infected with cutaneous anthrax complicated by anthrax meningitis was reported in a county in Shandong Province.The involved patient was primarily engaged in mutton sheep farming.In order to investigate responsible pathogen,to assess the status of animal epidemic and its risk of transmission,and thus to eff ectively control the outbreak,an emergency epidemiological investigation was conducted in animals associated with this human case through live interview,sampling testing and veriff cation.It was investigated that the case was likely infected while processing an infected sheep carcass;and the animal-derived pathogen was traced to a broker's truck transporting live sheep from another city.The outbreak was rapidl y controlled through movement restriction,emergency vaccination,disinfection and public awareness campaign,without any further transmission.Therefore,it was recommended that entry risk of an anthrax outbreak should be reduced through implementing animal quarantine and designated pathways for transporting live animals,improving law enforcement,and prohibiting non-compliant animal movement across cities.
