Highway Charging Station Siting and Sizing Model for Intercity Travel

摘要 以最大化出行成功率为目标,考虑多次往返的路径可行性、充电站容量等因素,提出了改进的流量选址模型以构建适用于城际出行场景的高速公路充电站选址定容模型。首先,通过电动汽车充电逻辑分析,将路径可行性加入模型,避免了流量选址模型求解前需要使用外部预生成算法来生成充电站选址方案。其次,分析了基本流量选址模型中未考虑的充电站容量问题,通过多服务台排队理论对候选点进行定容,根据候选点所承担车流量的不同,设定建设充电站的固定成本和可变成本。再次,构建混合遗传模拟退火算法用于模型求解。最后,基于改进的流量选址模型构建了以最大化截取流量,即出行成功率为目标的充电站选址定容模型,通过算例分析了所提出模型及求解算法的合理性。本文在充电站选址理论上有所创新,为解决电动汽车车主里程焦虑问题提供了科学依据,为城际高速公路电动汽车充电站建设提供了参考。 To maximize the success rate of travel by considering factors such as the feasibility of multiple round-trip routes and charging station capacity,an improved flow-refueling location model(FRLM)was proposed to develop a highway charging station siting and sizing model suitable for intercity travel scenarios.Firstly,path feasibility was incorporated into the model through the analysis of electric vehicle charging logic,thus eliminating the need for an externally pre-generated algorithm to generate charging station siting solution.Secondly,the sizing of charging stations was addressed using multi-server queuing theory.Different fixed costs and variable costs of constructing the charging stations were considered,varying based on the traffic volume each candidate site would accommodate.Thirdly,a hybrid genetic simulated annealing algorithm was developed to solve the model.Finally,based on the improved FRLM,a charging station siting and sizing model was constructed with the goal of maximizing intercepted flow,i.e.,the success rate of travel.The rationality of the proposed model and solution algorithm was analyzed through the case study.The proposed model innovates the theory of charging station siting,provides a scientific basis for addressing the range anxiety of electric vehicle owners,and offers a reference for the construction of electric vehicle charging stations on intercity highways.
