基于社会认知理论的Teach-back教育对乳腺癌门诊化疗患者康复与应对的效果

The effect of Teach-back education based on social cognitive theory on rehabilitation and coping in breast cancer outpatients undergoing chemotherapy

摘要 目的探讨基于社会认知理论的Teach-back教育对乳腺癌门诊化疗患者康复与应对的效果。方法选取2022年10月至2024年3月开平市中心医院收治的160例乳腺癌门诊化疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各80例,对照组实施常规的护理干预,研究组实施基于社会认知理论的Teach-back教育,对比两组应对方式、化疗不良反应及生活质量情况。结果研究组屈服、回避维度评分明显低于对照组,面对维度评分显著高于对照组,研究组化疗不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,研究组生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于社会认知理论的Teach-back教育能改善患者应对方式,降低化疗期间不良反应发生情况,从而提升生活质量水平,值得临床运用和推广。 ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Teach-back education based on social cognitive theory on the rehabilitation and coping of breast cancer patients with outpatient chemotherapy.MethodsA total of 160 outpatients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy who were admitted to Kaiping Central Hospital from October 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the study group by the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the study group implemented Teach-back education based on social cognitive theory.The coping styles,adverse reactions of chemotherapy and quality of life of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe scores of the yield and avoidance dimensions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the score of the confrontation dimension was significantly higher than that in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the score of quality of life in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsTeach-back education based on social cognitive theory can improve patients'coping style,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy,and thus improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
