潜油电泵机组常规感应电机运行特性分析

摘要 以电潜螺杆泵举升系统及其机组配套感应电机为研究对象,建立潜油常规感应电机驱动螺杆泵功率和实际扭矩的数学模型。通过数值求解和实例计算,揭示电潜泵机组不同型号螺杆泵的理论扭矩和摩擦扭矩耦合后的实际运行扭矩的瞬时变化规律。通过求解潜油感应电机的输出功率和输入功率,探究宽幅调速不同负载率下常规感应电机效率的瞬时变化规律。此外,通过求解电潜泵机组各设备功率损耗和举升系统效率,分析常规感应电机举升系统各部分能耗占比情况。结果表明:额定泵压大的螺杆泵实际运行扭矩大于额定泵压小的;感应电机运行效率随负载率增大呈现先上升后显著下降的趋势,当负载率为45%~65%时,电机效率达到最大;常规感应电机驱动电潜泵井举升系统的主要耗能部件为感应电机和螺杆泵,二者总能耗占比约为85%,而变压器、控制柜等损耗功率相对较小。 Taking the electric submersible screw pump lifting system and the induction motor matched with the unit as the research object,the mathematical models of power and actual torque of screw pump driven by the submersible conventional induction motor were established.Through numerical solution and case calculation,the instantaneous variation of actual operating torque after the coupling of the theoretical torque and the friction torque of different models of screw pumps in the electric submersible pump unit was revealed.By solving the output power and input power of the submersible oil induction motor,the efficiency variation of induction motor under different load rates with wide speed regulation was explored.The energy consumption ratio of each part of the electric submersible system was analyzed by solving the models of power loss of the electric submersible motor and pump unit and the efficiency of the lifting system.The results show that the actual operating torque of screw pump with high rated pressure is greater than that with low rated pressure.With the increase of the loading rate,the operating efficiency of induction motor increases first and then decreases significantly,and when the load factor is from 45% to 65%,the motor efficiency reaches the maximum.The main energy consumption components of the lifting system are induction motor and screw pump,and their total energy consumption accounts for about 85%,while the power loss of transformer and control cabinet is relatively small.
