摘要
在设计可收放式飞机起落架油气式缓冲器时,应将满足放下阶段缓冲器内部的气液流动特性作为设计标准之一。以某型无人机起落架油气式缓冲器为研究对象,基于VOF两相流模型和动网格技术,构建缓冲器1/2仿真模型。采用单因素试验法,研究阻尼孔孔径、充油量和旋转速度对气液流动特性的影响。结果表明:起落架放下阶段缓冲器阻尼孔孔径对缓冲器油液充填时间影响最大,当充油量和旋转速度不变时,阻尼孔孔径越小,阻尼孔处流量越小,所需油液充填时间越长;当阻尼孔孔径为6 mm时,油液充填时间为115.94 s,符合规定的2 min以内完成气液交换的标准;缓冲器充油量对油液瞬时流量基本没有影响;当只改变起落架放下阶段的旋转速度时,一定范围内,起落架放下的速度越慢,总的油液充填时间越短。因此,对于该型号飞机,在缓冲器要求637 mL充油量情况下,起落架缓冲器的阻尼孔孔径不应小于6 mm。在设计缓冲器阻尼孔时,应综合考虑缓冲器的缓冲性能和气液充填特性。
When designing the oil-gas buffer of the retractable aircraft landing gear,meeting the gas-liquid flow characteristics inside the buffer during the lowering stage should be regarded as one of the design standards.Taking the oil-gas buffer of a certain type of unmanned aerial vehicle landing gear as the research object,based on the VOF two-phase flow model and dynamic mesh technology,a 1/2 simulation model of the buffer was constructed.The single-factor test method was adopted to study the influence of the diameter of the damping hole,the oil filling amount and the rotational speed on the gas-liquid flow characteristics.The results show that during the landing gear lowering stage,the diameter of the damping hole of the buffer has the greatest influence on the oil filling time of the buffer.When the oil filling amount and rotational speed remain unchanged,the smaller the damping hole,the smaller the flow rate at the damping hole,and the longer the required oil filling time.When the damping hole is 6 mm,the oil filling time is 115.94 s,which meets the standard of completing gas-liquid exchange within 2 min as stipulated.The oil filling volume of the buffer has basically no influence on the instantaneous flow rate of the oil.When only the rotational speed during the landing gear lowering stage is changed,within a certain range,the slower the landing gear lowering speed,the shorter the total oil filling time.Therefore,for this type of aircraft,when the buffer requires a fuel filling capacity of 637 mL,the diameter of the damping hole for the landing gear buffer should not be less than 6 mm.When designing the damping holes of the buffer,the buffering performance of the buffer and the gas-liquid filling characteristics should be comprehensively considered.
