摘要
工业母机作为现代制造业的核心装备,其发展水平直接决定国家制造业的整体竞争力。长期以来,我国高端机床装备的研发主要采用跟随仿制策略,导致所研制产品在功能和性能上不及仿制对象,因此同期国产机床装备远落后于国际先进产品。为满足机床装备向高端化、自主化发展的迫切需求,亟须开展机床正向设计技术研究,系统性地指导机床的结构优化与创新,突破传统设计方法中“试错迭代”的局限,实现机床性能设计的自主可控。从工业母机运动链设计、静动刚度设计、热平衡设计、机电耦合设计和几何精度设计等方面,综述有关工业母机正向设计技术的国内外研究现状,分析指出正向设计技术存在的不足,并展望工业母机正向设计技术的发展动态。
Industrial machine as the core equipment of modern manufacturing industry,its development level directly determines the overall competitiveness of national manufacturing industry.For a long time,the research and development of high-end machine tool equipment in China mainly adopted the strategy of following and imitation,resulting in the products developed less than the imitation object in function and performance.Therefore,during the same period,domestic machine tool equipment lagged far behind the international advanced products.In order to meet the urgent needs of high-end and independent development of machine tool equipment,it is urgent to carry out research on machine tool top-down design technology,systematically guide the structural optimization and innovation of machine tools,break through the limitations of"trial and error iteration"in traditional design methods,and realize the independent and controllable design of machine tool performance.From the aspects of kinematic chain design,static and dynamic stiffness design,thermal balance design,electromechanical coupling design and geometric precision design,the research status of the top-down design technology of industrial mother-machine were summarized,the shortcomings of the top-down design technology were analyzed,and the development trend of the top-down design technology was prospected.
