摘要
基于传统经济地理学模型,构建了发明人才流动引致企业技术复杂度提升的一般均衡分析框架。采用长三角上市企业2004-2022年发明专利申请人信息,考察了发明人才流动对战略性新兴企业技术复杂度的影响。研究表明:发明人才流动对战略性新兴企业技术复杂度具有显著促进作用;区域异质性分析表明,发明人才流动对人口规模和人口密度相对较大城市战略性新兴企业技术复杂度具有显著促进作用;企业异质性分析表明,发明人才流动对非国有企业、非二职合一、董监高具有海外背景的战略性新兴企业技术复杂度具有显著促进作用;根据技术复杂度前25%分位数划分的异质性检验结果显示,发明人才流动对领先者企业技术复杂度具有显著抑制作用,而对追随者企业技术复杂度具有显著促进作用。基于上述研究结论 ,本文从加快塑造充分释放人才红利的整体战略布局提出相关政策建议。
Based on the traditional economic geography model,this article constructs a general equilibrium analysis framework for the increase in technological complexity of enterprises caused by the flow of invention talents.Using the information of invention patent applicants from listed companies in the Yangtze River Delta from 2004 to 2022,this study examines the impact of the fow of invention talents on the technological complexity of strategic emerging enterprises.Research has shown that the mobility of innovative talents has a significant promoting effect on the technological complexity of strategic emerging enterprises.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the mobility of invention talents has a significant promoting effect on the technological complexity of strategic emerging enterprises in cities with relatively large population size and density,non-state-owned enterprises,non dual employment enterprises,and enterprises with overseas backgrounds of directors,supervisors,and senior executives.According to the heterogeneity test results divided by the top 25%percentile of technical complexity,the flow of invention talents has a significant inhibitory effect on the technical complexity of leading enterprises,while it has a significant promoting effect on the technical complexity of follower enterprises.Based on the above research conclusions,this article proposes relevant policy recommendations to accelerate the overall strategic layout of fully unleashing talent dividends.
