顺层钻孔煤层瓦斯抽采有效影响半径及效果研究 被引量:2

摘要 预抽煤层瓦斯是目前矿井瓦斯治理最常用的措施,在突出矿井瓦斯治理中起着至关重要的作用。针对某试验矿井在正式开采前需要确定瓦斯抽采半径所遇到的问题,结合矿井煤层的赋存特征,利用COMSOL流-固耦合数值模拟软件,建立了煤层顺层钻孔的变形-渗流模型,对瓦斯抽采有效抽放半径及抽放效果进行模拟计算。根据模拟结果,在矿井相应工作面上选择合适的测点,对顺层钻孔瓦斯治理的有效抽放半径进行现场实测,并考察瓦斯抽采效果。结果表明:该试验矿井煤层在规定的抽采时间内,采用顺层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯取得了较好的瓦斯抽采效果,能够满足矿井瓦斯灾害治理的需要。 The pre-extraction of coal seam gas is the most commonly used measure for mine gas control at present,and it plays a vital role in the control of outburst mines.In view of the problems that a certain test mine needs to determine the gas extraction radius before formal mining,and combined with the distribution characteristics of the coal seam the mine,the COMSOL fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation software is used to establish a deformation-seepage model of coal seam drilling along the layer,and simulate the effective radius and extraction effect of gas.According to the simulation results,the corresponding working face of the mine selects the appropriate measuring point,and the effective extraction radius of the drilling along layer is measured on site,and the gas extraction effect is investigated.The results show that the coal seam in the test mine has achieved better gas extraction effect by using the pre-raction of coal seam gas along the layer within the specified extraction time,which can meet the needs of gas disaster control in the mine.
