煤矿井下采空区密闭墙优化研究

摘要 为研究赵庄煤业密闭墙最佳构筑位置和厚度,以赵庄煤业某工作面为工程背景,对优化流程后密闭墙抗压力、抗扭矩力等相关参数在实验室进行验证测试。采用FLAC 3D数值模拟手段,并基于Mohr-Coulomb强度准则与数值模拟结果,讨论了闭墙构筑位置和厚度对其应力分布和变形的影响。研究表明,开采结束后左侧卸压区卸压范围为18 m.因此,考虑到煤柱边缘由于应力集中因素和运输物料的方便性,密闭墙位置应选在距回风巷出口3~6 m,通过分析最终确定密闭墙最优厚度选为3 m左右。现场实测结果表明,针对赵庄煤业密闭墙厚度为1.5 m,若采用混凝土材料,除抗压性外,其他性能完全符合煤矿安全生产的要求。建议采用“砖墙+混凝土”结构构筑密闭墙。 In order to study the best location and thickness of the enclosed wall in Zhaozhuang coal mining,the optimization process and related parameters of the wall,such as compressive resistance and torsional resistance,were verified in the laboratory based on the working face of Zhaozhuang coal mining.The FLAC 3D numerical simulation was adopted,and the influence of the location and thickness of the enclosed wall on its stress distribution and deformation was discussed based on the Mohr-Coulomb strength criterion the numerical simulation results.It was shown that the unloading range in the left depressurization area after mining was 18 m.Therefore,considering the edge of the pillar due to the stress concentration factor and the convenience of transporting materials,the location of the enclosed wall should be selected at 3~6 m from the exit of the returnway,and the optimum thickness of the enclosed wall was determined to be about 3 m through analysis.The field measurement results showed that for the enclosed wall with a thickness of 1.5 m in Zhaozhuang coal mining,except for compressive resistance,other properties met the requirements of safe production in coal mines.It is recommended to use"brick-concrete structure"to build the enclosed wall.
