摘要
冷冻球囊消融(CBA)作为心房颤动消融领域的一项新技术,是导管消融中一项重要的研究突破,目前国内最新指南已将CBA作为治疗心房颤动的重要手段。肺静脉隔离构成了导管消融的基石,CBA能提供持久的肺静脉隔离,具备安全性高、患者体验良好、操作简便、学习曲线短等特点。现从CBA治疗心房颤动的基本原理、安全性、有效性、局限性等方面论述,同时介绍CBA的最新研究进展及未来展望。
As a novel technology in the field of atrial fibrillation ablation,cryoballoon ablation(CBA)represents a significant breakthrough in catheter ablation and has been recognized as an essential therapeutic approach in the latest domestic guidelines.Pulmonary vein isolation serves as the cornerstone of catheter ablation,and CBA demonstrates advantages in achieving durable pulmonary vein isolation with enhanced safety profile,improved patient experience,simplified operation,and a short learning curve.This article comprehensively reviews the fundamental principles,safety considerations,clinical efficacy,and existing limitations of CBA for atrial fibrillation management.Furthermore,it summarizes recent advancements in CBA and discusses future research directions in this evolving field.
