摘要
心血管疾病、慢性肾脏疾病和2型糖尿病是与高发病率和高死亡率密切相关的三大疾病。最近,美国心脏协会将这种相互关联的健康状况的复杂网络统称为心血管-肾脏-代谢(CKM)综合征。解决CKM综合征预防、管理和治疗对于促进更好的患者健康结果至关重要。现对CKM综合征的最新研究进行全面总结。
Cardiovascular disease,chronic kidney disease,and type 2 diabetes mellitus are the three major diseases that are closely associated with high morbidity and mortality.More recently,the American Heart Association has collectively referred to this complex network of interrelated health conditions as cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic(CKM)syndrome.Addressing CKM syndrome prevention,management,and treatment is critical to promoting better patient health outcomes.This review is a comprehensive summary of the most recent research on CKM syndrome.
