摘要
“三产”融合发展激发技术创新动力,促进农业生产要素创新性配置,推动农业深度转型升级,进而促进农业新质生产力发展。本文在深入分析农业新质生产力内涵的基础上构建了农业新质生产力的指标体系,用2013—2022年我国除西藏外30个省面板数据对“三产”融合影响农业新质生产力效果进行了实证研究,并对“三产”融合影响农业新质生产力的路径进行深入探讨。结果表明,“三产”融合对农业新质生产力具有显著的促进作用。因此,建议加大对“三产”融合的政策支持,提高农民参与“三产”融合的积极性,为农业新质生产力的发展提供动力。
The integrated development of'three industries'stimulates the power of technological innovation,promotes the innovative allocation of agricultural production factors,promotes the deep transformation and upgrading of agriculture,and then promotes the development of new agricultural productivity.Based on the in-depth analysis of the connotation of agricultural new quality productivity,this paper constructs an index system of agricultural new quality productivity,and uses the panel data of 30 provinces except Xizang in China from 2013 to 2022 to empirically study the effect of'three industries'integration on agricultural new quality productivity,and deeply discusses the path of'three industries'integration affecting agricultural new quality productivity.The results show that the integration of'three industries'has a significant promoting effect on the new agricultural productivity.Therefore,it is suggested to increase policy support for the integration of'three industries',improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in the integration of'three industries',and provide impetus for the development of new agricultural productivity.
