摘要
机构是飞机舱门实现运动、保证安全的关键。为了保证机构功能、降低机构零组件制造装配精度要求,可以在机构中加入可调节构件来消除制造、装配等的累积误差影响。以舱门机构为研究对象,重点介绍了可调节构件的主要设计要求,给出了螺纹调整、偏心轮调整、齿板调整3种典型机构调节形式和典型技术方案,分析各种调节形式的应用场景、设计要点和优缺点,为工程设计人员提供参考。
The mechanism is the key to realize the movement and ensure the safety of aircraft door.In order to ensure the function of mechanism and reduce the manufacturing and assembly accuracy requirements of mechanism components,adjustable components can be added to the mechanism to eliminate the influence of cumulative manufacturing and assembly errors.Taking door mechanism as the research object,the main design requirements of the adjustment components are mainly introduced.Three typical adjustment forms and typical technical schemes of screw adjustment,eccentric adjustment and toothed plate adjustment are given,and the application scenarios,design points,advantages and disadvantages of various adjustment forms are analyzed to provide reference for engineering designers.
