水玻璃—水泥注浆液在隧道裂隙围岩中的应用研究

摘要 隧道工程在裂隙岩体中施工常发生坍塌、涌水等安全事故,为提高裂隙围岩的强度、抗渗性能保证围岩开挖稳定性,常使用水泥基改性材料在裂隙岩体中注浆加固。水玻璃可以有效改良水泥浆液的注浆性能,提高裂隙岩体的强度和抗渗性能。文章通过室内试验分析水玻璃-水泥双浆液的注浆性能,数值计算分析双浆液对裂隙岩体强度和抗渗性的影响。研究结果表明:水玻璃可以有效改良水泥基材料的凝结时间、流动性等注浆性能,同时浆液可以提高裂隙围岩强度和抗渗性,降低衬砌外水压力,减少施工期地下水排放,保证隧道开挖稳定性,对工程具有重要的指导意义。 Tunnel engineering often experiences safety accidents such as collapse and water inrush during construction in fractured rock masses.In order to improve the strength and impermeability of fractured rock masses and ensure excavation stability,cement-based modified materials are often used for grouting reinforcement in fractured rock masses.Water glass can effectively improve the grouting performance of cement slurry,enhance the strength and impermeability of fractured rock masses.This paper analyzes the grouting performance of water glass cement double slurry through indoor experiments,and numerically calculate and analyze the influence of double slurry on the strength and impermeability of fractured rock masses.The research results indicate that water glass can effectively improve the grouting performance of cement-based materials,such as setting time and fluidity.At the same time,the slurry can improve the strength and impermeability of the fractured surrounding rock,reduce the external water pressure of the lining,reduce groundwater discharge during construction,and ensure the stability of tunnel excavation.It has important guiding significance for engineering.
