电力输配电电缆节能降耗技术研究 被引量:1

Research on energy-saving and consumption reduction technology for power transmission and distribution cables

摘要 为降低电缆能耗,文中对电力输配电电缆节能降耗技术展开研究。首先采用Morga方法计算电缆电阻增量和交流电阻;然后通过Maxwell方程组分析电缆电磁场变化的规律,应用虚功法获得电缆在运行过程中的磁感应强度,最后调整电缆电磁场的交流电阻,完成电缆节能降耗。通过实验测试证明,应用文中提出的电缆节能降耗技术后,在最大电流为850A情况下,其磁感应强度仅为39.45mT,最大功率损耗值和电缆损耗为100W与6.8W,磁感应强度较低,并且能有效降低功率损耗和电缆自身损耗,具有较好的节能降耗效果。 To reduce cable energy consumption,this article conducts research on energy-saving and consumption reduction technologies for power transmission and distribution cables.Firstly,the Morga method is used to calculate the cable resistance increment and AC resistance.Then,Maxwell equations are used to analyze the law of cable electromagnetic field changes,and the virtual work method is used to obtain the Magnetic flux density of the cable during operation.Finally,the AC resistance of the cable electromagnetic field is adjusted to achieve energy saving and consumption reduction of the cable.The experiment proves that after the application of the cable energy saving and consumption reduction technology proposed in this paper,when the maximum current is 850A,the Magnetic flux density is only 39.45mT,the maximum power loss value and cable loss are 100W and 6.8W,the Magnetic flux density is low,and the power loss and cable loss are effectively reduced,which has a good energy saving and consumption reduction effect.
