摘要
破碎机智能化是未来重要的发展方向,得到了国内外的关注。结合智能化的相关概念及政策,概述了破碎机智能化的研究背景,分析了破碎机智能化过程中,在故障诊断、自动控制、在线监控等关键技术方面的研究现状,提出了破碎机在智能化发展过程中存在的智能化程度较低、配套技术制约、标准体系构建不足等一些问题,以期为破碎机行业的发展提供相应的指导。
The intelligentization of crushers is an important direction for future development and has received attention both domestically and internationally.Based on the relevant concepts and policies of intelligence,this paper summarizes the research background of crusher intelligence,analyzes the current research status of key technologies such as fault diagnosis,automatic control,and online monitoring in the process of crusher intelligence,and puts forward some problems such as low intelligence level,supporting technology constraints,and insufficient standard system construction in the process of crusher intelligence development,in order to provide corresponding guidance for the development of the crusher industry.
