国审小麦新品种菏麦29选育模式探究

摘要 为选育适宜黄淮麦区种植的高产多抗小麦品种,以自育材料07P026作母本,以济麦19作父本,根据明确目标、优优组合、遗传背景清晰的亲本选配原则,通过聚合优异性状源、优化植株形态、多点鉴定和逆境高压选择等手段,经系谱法选育出小麦新品种菏麦29;对菏麦29的选育过程、亲本系谱、特征特性、产量表现及抗病性和品质等进行综合分析。结果表明,在山东省和国家品种试验中,菏麦29均比对照济麦22增产5.60%~8.42%,具有较好的丰产性;在国家品种试验中,菏麦29表现出较好的稳产性;国家区试和生产试验的平均适应度为53.17%,且增产点率均高达100.00%,表明菏麦29在不同年份、不同环境下具有较好的适应性。研究表明,菏麦29产量高、抗性好、亲本材料遗传背景丰富、综合性状优异,适宜在黄淮冬麦区北片地区推广种植。 To breed high-yield and multi-resistant wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)varieties suitable for cultivation in the Huang-Huai Wheat Region,using self-bred material 07P026 as the female parent and Jimai19 as the male parent,based on the principles of clear goals,optimal combinations,and clear genetic backgrounds for parental selection,the new wheat variety Hemai29 was bred through methods such as aggregating superior trait sources,optimizing plant morphology,multi-point identification,and high-pressure selection under adverse conditions by pedigreology.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the breeding process,parental pedigree,characteristic features,yield performance,disease resistance and quality of Hemai29.The results showed that in the variety trials in s handong Province and at the national level,Hemai29 increased with yield by 5.60%to 8.42%compared with the control Jimai22,demonstrating good high-yield potential.In the national variety trials,Hemai29 demonstrated good stable yield performance.The average adaptability of the national regional trials and production trials was 53.17%,and the yield increase rate was as high as 100.00%in both cases,indicating that Hemai29 had good adaptability in different years and environments.Research showed that Hemai29 had high yield,good resistance,rich genetic background of parent materials and excellent comprehensive traits,making it suitable for promotion and cultivation in the northern part of the Huang-Huai Wheat Region.
