摘要
咳嗽是一种复杂的反射,在气道防御和维持通气中起重要作用。研究证实咳嗽受中枢神经系统的调节,当外界刺激作用于气道时,脑内部分脑区显著激活,但具体参与的脑区及机制尚不明确。功能磁共振成像揭示了咳嗽冲动、咳嗽和咳嗽抑制的中枢神经相关性,为咳嗽的中枢机制研究提供了一种新型、无创的研究方法。本文综述了不同条件下咳嗽激发导致的脑区激活,从功能成像角度分析了脑区的活跃情况,为咳嗽反射高敏的中枢机制研究提供了新的方向。
Cough is a complex reflex that plays an important role in airway defense and ventilation maintenance.Studies have confirmed that cough is regulated by the central nervous system.Certain brain regions are significantly activated by external stimuli on the airway,although the specific brain regions and mechanisms involved are unclear.Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)reveals that the central nervous system is related with urge to cough,cough,and cough suppression,providing a new and non-invasive method for the study of the central mechanism in cough.Here,we reviewed the brain regions activated by capsaicin-induced cough under different conditions,and the activity of brain regions during acute cough from the perspective of functional imaging,which provided a new direction for the study of central mechanism in cough reflex hypersensitivity.
