摘要
目的:观察脐灸联合常规护理在脑卒中后便秘患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年4月—2024年10月长沙市中医医院收治的脑卒中后便秘患者76例作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组38例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组在参照组基础上给予脐灸。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组大便干结、头晕目眩评分下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于参照组(P<0.001)。干预后,两组粪便性状评分提高(P<0.05),且观察组高于参照组(P<0.001)。干预后,两组焦虑、便秘患者生活质量量表评分下降(P<0.05),且观察组低于参照组(P<0.001)。观察组干预总有效率高于参照组(P=0.012)。结论:脐灸联合常规护理在脑卒中后便秘患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善粪便性状,减轻患者临床症状与焦虑情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective:To observe the application effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with conventional nursing in patients with poststroke constipation.Methods:A total of 76 patients with poststroke constipation admitted to Changsha Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given umbilical moxibustion on the basis of reference group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,the scores of dry stool and dizziness decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001).After intervention,the fecal trait scores increased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.001).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and constipation quality of life scale decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of intervention in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.012).Conclusion:The application of umbilical moxibustion combined with conventional nursing in patients with poststroke constipation has a significant effect,and can improve fecal trait,relieve clinical symptoms and anxiety of patients,and improve quality of life.
