摘要
随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,传统的养老模式已难以满足老年人多样化、多层次的需求。本文基于积极老龄化视角,探讨居家养老、社区养老和机构养老三种主要养老模式的利弊及优化路径。研究发现,不同养老模式在服务内容、资源配置和社会参与等方面各具特色,但也面临诸多挑战。为此,本文提出应整合多元主体资源、强化科技赋能、完善政策支持,构建以老年人需求为核心的养老服务体系,以推动深入实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略。
With the deepening of population aging in China,the traditional pension model has been difficult to meet the diversified and multi-level needs of the elderly.This article explores the advantages,disadvantages,and optimization paths of three main elderly care models:home-based care,community-based care,and institutional care,based on the perspective of active aging.Research has found that different elderly care models have their own characteristics in terms of service content,resource allocation,and social participation,but also face many challenges.Therefore,this article proposes to integrate diverse subject resources,strengthen technological empowerment,improve policy support,and build a pension service system centered on the needs of the elderly,in order to promote the in-depth implementation of the national strategy of actively responding to population aging.
