“政产学研用”协同赋能地方应用型高校环境设计专业教学改革研究

摘要 针对适应国家、区域和行业发展,服务当地经济、加快科技成果转化对应用型人才的新需求,尤其是在新文科建设的背景下,本文探讨了内蒙古地区应用型高校环境设计专业人才培养模式的创新,其中“政用产学研”协同育人成为关键模式。在环境设计专业领域,文章分析了实施“政用产学研”协同育人模式的必要性和面临的困境,并提出了路径探索。通过教学实践,旨在打造成熟且持续的“校政企”合作实践平台,并成功推广这一育人模式。这一模式不仅满足了市场对应用型人才的需求,还促进了校企合作的深度与广度,为环境设计专业的人才培养提供了新的思路和实践路径。 In response to the new demands for application-oriented talent,driven by the need to adapt to national,regional,and industrial development,serve the local economy,and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,this paper explores innovative talent training models for the environmental design major in application-oriented universities in Inner Mongolia.Under the framework of new liberal arts development,the"government,industry,academia,research,and application"collaborative education model has become a key approach.The paper analyzes the necessity and challenges of implementing this model in the field of environmental design and proposes exploratory pathways for its implementation.Through teaching practices,the aim is to establish a mature and sustainable"school-government-enterprise"collaboration platform and successfully promote this educational model.This approach not only meets market demands for application-oriented talent but also deepens and broadens school-enterprise cooperation,providing new insights and practical methods for talent cultivation in environmental design.
