我国国内一手车汽车市场已从增量市场向存量市场发生转变。相对而言,二手车市场却呈现出新的发展特征,无论从政府政策层面或者市场增速层面,都有着积极的变化。各品牌4S店作为汽车市场的主要参与者,面对当前国内汽车市场情况,必须在应对不断变化的新车市场的同时,拓展二手车市场业务,以完善客户服务链,提升店端服务能力以及盈利能力。文章立足品牌4S店实际情况,针对二手车业务展开研究,通过归类分析品牌4S店二手车业务状态,寻找品牌4S店业务发展路径,以供品牌4S店经营者参考。
China's domestic first-hand car market has changed from an incremental market to a stock market.Relatively speaking,the second-hand car market has shown new development characteristics.Whether from the government policy level or the market growth level,there are positive changes.As a major participant in the automobile market,in the face of the current domestic automobile market situation,4S stores of various brands must expand their business in the second-hand car market while responding to the ever-changing new car market,so as to improve the customer service chain and improve the service capacity and profitability of the store.Based on the actual situation of brand 4S stores,this paper conducts research on the second-hand car business,analyzes the second-hand car business status of brand 4S stores,and finds the business development path of brand 4S stores,so as to provide reference for brand 4S store operators.
