摘要
在全球能源转型与环保意识提升的背景下,新能源汽车成为交通领域的重要趋势。高压动力电池作为其核心部件,其性能直接影响车辆的续航、安全与可靠性。然而,电池组内部压差的产生可能导致性能下降、寿命缩短甚至安全隐患。文章分析了电池压差的影响因素,包括内部结构设计、使用环境、充放电过程、电池老化及电池管理系统(BMS)的作用。研究发现,内部结构不均匀、环境温度变化、充放电电流波动、老化程度差异及BMS控制精度均对压差有显著影响,且压差累积可能引发热失控,威胁车辆安全。因此,优化电池设计、提升BMS能力及制定科学使用策略是降低压差、提升性能的关键。研究为新能源汽车动力电池的优化设计与性能提升提供了理论支持和实践参考。
In the context of global energy transition and environmental awareness,new energy vehicles have become an important trend in the field of transportation.As its core component,the performance of high-voltage power battery directly affects the endurance,safety and reliability of the vehicle.However,the generation of differential voltage within the battery pack can lead to reduced performance,shortened life,and even safety hazards.In this paper,the influencing factors of battery differential voltage are analyzed,including the internal structure design,use environment,charging and discharging process,battery aging,and the role of battery management system(BMS).It is found that the uneven internal structure,the change of ambient temperature,the fluctuation of charge and discharge current,the difference of aging degree and the accuracy of BMS control have a significant impact on the pressure difference,and the accumulation of pressure difference may cause thermal runaway and threaten the safety of the vehicle.Therefore,optimizing the battery design,improving the BMS capability and formulating scientific use strategies are the keys to reduce the differential voltage and improve the performance.This study provides theoretical support and practical reference for the optimal design and performance improvement of power batteries for new energy vehicles.
