摘要
在工业4.0与智能制造时代背景下,宁夏职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业国家级创新团队针对传统教学模式的瓶颈,积极探索校企协同模块化教学路径。通过重构模块化课程体系、深度校企合作共建课程模块,并引入项目嵌入式教学模式,有效提升了教学质量与学生的学习兴趣,显著增强了学生实践能力和职业素养。研究聚焦“岗课赛证创”五维融通,实现教学内容与岗位标准、职业技能等级证书及行业竞赛项目的深度对接。创新团队设计了以学生为中心的教学实施方案,结合多元教学法和数智化技术,构建了模块化评价体系。实践证明,该模块化教学体系显著提高了学生就业竞争力,为机电一体化技术专业教学模式改革提供了有益参考,推动了行业人才培养质量的全面提升。
In the context of the era of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing,the national innovation team of mechatronics technology of Ningxia Vocational and Technical College actively explores the modular teaching path of school-enterprise collaboration in view of the bottleneck of the traditional teaching mode.By reconstructing the modular curriculum system,in-depth school-enterprise cooperation to build course modules,and introducing the project-embedded teaching mode,the teaching quality and students'interest in learning have been effectively improved,and the students'practical ability and professionalism have been significantly enhanced.The research focuses on the five-dimensional integration of"job course competition certificate creation"to realize the in-depth connection between teaching content and job standards,vocational skill level certificates and industry competition projects.The innovation team designed a student-centered teaching implementation plan,combined with multiple teaching methods and digital intelligence technology,and built a modular evaluation system.Practice has proved that the modular teaching system has significantly improved the employment competitiveness of students,provided a useful reference for the reform of the teaching mode of mechatronics technology,and promoted the overall improvement of the quality of talent training in the industry.
