摘要
目的分析湿热困脾证肥胖型2型糖尿病患者采取葛根芩连汤联合度拉糖肽的临床效果。方法将140名湿热困脾证2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者随机分为4组并均给予降糖方案基础治疗,对照组仅基础治疗,试验组1:+度拉糖肽治疗;试验组2,度拉糖肽联合葛根芩连汤治疗;试验组3:+度拉糖肽联合葛根芩连汤治疗,观察患者胰岛β-细胞功能、BMI、临床疗效。结果治疗前,四组患者空腹、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛β-细胞功能、BMI等指标的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05)。治疗后,试验组2和试验组3血糖控制水平、胰岛β-细胞功能优于对照组和试验组1,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);试验组2和试验组3之间的血糖控制水平、胰岛β-细胞功能的差异无统计学意义(p>0.05);试验组3 BMI指标优于另外三组,试验组3、试验组2有效率高于试验组1与对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤联合度拉糖肽可改善2型糖尿病患者的胰岛β功能,降低血糖水平,有利于改善肥胖,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with dulaglutide in obese type 2 diabetes patients with damp heat syndrome.Method 140 type 2 diabetes patients with obesity of dampness heat stagnation spleen syndrome were randomly divided into 4 groups and were given basic treatment of hypoglycemic regimen;Experimental group 2,treatment with Dulaglutide combined with Gegen Qinlian decoction;Experimental group 3:Treatment with Dulaglutide Combined with Gegen Qinlian Decoction,observing the function of pancreatic beta cells in patients BMI、Clinical efficacy.Result Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,pancreatic beta cell function,BMI and other indicators among the four groups of patients(p>0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose control levels and pancreatic beta cell function of experimental group 2 and experimental group 3 were better than those of the control group and experimental group 1,and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose control level and pancreatic beta cell function between experimental group 2 and experimental group 3(p>0.05);The BMI index of experimental group 3 was better than the other three groups,and the effective rates of experimental groups 3 and 2 were higher than those of experimental group 1 and the control group,with statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian Decoction combined with dulaglutide can improve the isletβfunction of type 2 diabetes patients,reduce the blood sugar level,and help improve obesity,which has clinical application value.
