摘要
冠心病作为全球死亡率最高的心血管疾病之一,其病理基础是冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成与进展。近年来,随着影像学技术的革新,对冠状动脉斑块性质的精准评估成为预测急性心血管事件(如急性心肌梗死、心源性猝死等)的关键。本文系统综述冠状动脉斑块的形态学特征、生物学特性及其与急性心血管事件风险的关联,重点分析易损斑块的影像学标识、炎症机制及临床预测价值,为冠心病的精准防治提供理论依据。
Coronary heart disease is one of the cardiovascular diseases with the highest mortality in the world,and its pathological basis is the formation and progress of coronary atherosclerotic plaque.In recent years,with the innovation of imaging technology,accurate assessment of the nature of coronary artery plaques has become the key to predicting acute cardiovascular events such as acute myocardial infarction and sudden cardiac death.This article systematically reviews the morphological and biological characteristics of coronary artery plaques and their association with the risk of acute cardiovascular events.The focus is on analyzing the imaging markers,inflammatory mechanisms,and clinical predictive value of vulnerable plaques,providing a theoretical basis for the precise prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
