摘要
抗日战争相持阶段,面对日军的“扫荡”与“蚕食”,晋绥抗日根据地的生存空间遭受严重挤压。在毛泽东“挤敌人”战略思想的指导下,晋绥根据地军民开创了一种独特的斗争方式。通过建立武装工作队、整合军政力量、发动群众运动等举措,形成了军事打击与政治发动相结合的系统性战略体系。以第八军分区为代表,晋绥根据地军民成功突破了敌强我弱的战略困境,实现了从被动防御到主动进攻的转变。这一战略实践不仅创新发展了游击战争的战术体系,更为中国共产党在极端困境中开展革命斗争积累了宝贵经验。
During the strategic stalemate of the Chinese People′s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the Shanxi-Suiyuan Anti-Japanese Base Area faced severe compression of its living space under Japanese"mopping-up"operations and"nibbling"tactics.Guided by Mao Zedong's strategic concept of"pushing back the enemy,"the military and civilians in the base area devel-oped a distinctive mode of resistance.Through establishing armed working teams,integrating military and political forces,and mo-bilizing mass movements,they formulated a systematic strategic framework that combined military strikes with political mobilization.Exemplified by the Eighth Military Sub-District,this approach enabled the Shanxi-Suiyuan base area to break through the strate-gic predicament of"strong enemy and weak self,"achieving a transformation from passive defense to active offense.This strate-gic practice not only innovatively developed the tactical system of guerrilla warfare but also accumulated valuable experience for the Communist Party of China in conducting revolutionary struggles under extremely adverse conditions.
