摘要
随着新型电力系统建设推进,电网企业安全生产面临极端天气灾害、设备老化、技术迭代等多重风险挑战。本文基于风险管理理论,系统分析风险管理与安全生产的关系,明确风险管理在保障电网企业安全生产中的重要作用。在此基础上,提出电网企业安全生产监督管理策略的三项创新,即加强电网企业安全生产风险识别与评估,准确识别和评估潜在安全风险;实施精益安全管理防范措施,精准防控安全风险;构建完善的电网企业安全生产监督管理体系,实现全过程的安全制造控制。
With the advancement of the construction of new power systems,power grid enterprises are facing multiple risks and challenges in terms of safety production,such as extreme weather disasters,equipment aging,and technological iteration.This article is based on risk management theory,systematically analyzing the relationship between risk management and safety production,and clarifying the important role of risk management in ensuring the safety production of power grid enterprises.On this basis,three innovative strategies for the supervision and management of safety production in power grid enterprises are proposed,namely strengthening the identification and evaluation of safety production risks in power grid enterprises,accurately identifying and evaluating potential safety risks;Implement lean security management preventive measures to accurately prevent and control security risks;Establish a comprehensive safety production supervision and management system for power grid enterprises,and achieve safety manufacturing control throughout the entire process.
