基于供应链的工程设计量化分析与评价体系研究

摘要 目前,工程设计深度不足导致需求预测和物资管理问题频发、设计与供应链管理协同不足。基于此,本文提出了基于模糊综合评价法的工程设计深度量化评价体系。该体系结合了模糊评价法和层次分析法,能够更好地处理不确定性,提供更精准的评估结果。实验数据表明,基于模糊综合评价法的评价体系在准确性和科学性方面优于传统的线性加权法,尤其在提高需求计划准确性和物资使用效率方面表现出色。本文能够为企业优化供应链管理和降低运营成本提供有力支持,助力提升整体运营效率。 At present,the lack of engineering design depth leads to frequent problems in demand forecasting and material management,which reflects the lack of coordination between design and supply chain management.In order to solve this problem,this study proposes a quantitative evaluation system of engineering design depth based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This system combines fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process,which can better deal with uncertainty and provide more accurate evaluation results.The experimental data show that the evaluation system based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is superior to the traditional linear weighting method in terms of accuracy and scientificity,especially in improving the accuracy of demand planning and the efficiency of material use.Through this research,it can provide strong support for enterprises to optimize supply chain management and reduce operating costs,and help improve overall operating efficiency.
