摘要
以一台柴油机为基础机,采用同心甲醇-柴油双燃料喷射器实现甲醇缸内直喷柴油微喷引燃燃烧模式,对柴油引燃缸内直喷甲醇MDDM(Micro-Pilot Diesel Igniting Direct Injection Methanol)发动机进行了深入的性能研究。采用两种不同喷射角度与活塞燃烧室型线配合,在1400 r/min转速1200 N·m和2750 N·m两个转矩点下进行了发动机缸内燃烧性能、经济性能和排放性能研究。结果表明:MDDM发动机甲醇喷射角度与燃烧室型线紧密配合,可以有效优化燃烧放热率,喷嘴A小角度喷射甲醇燃烧持续期更短。在1400 r/min-1200 N·m工况点甲醇喷射压力45 MPa和50 MPa下燃烧持续期分别为34.4°CA和34.3°CA,热效率分别为44.2%和44.4%;在1400 r/min-2750 N·m工况点甲醇喷射压力50 MPa和55 MPa下燃烧持续期分别为41.5°CA和39.9°CA,热效率分别为44.1%和44.9%。相对于喷嘴B,喷嘴A喷射出的甲醇产生的NOx排放更高,THC和CO排放更低。
Based on a diesel engine,a concentric methanol-diesel dual-fuel injector was adopted to achieve the combustion mode of direct injection of methanol into the cylinder and micro-injection ignition of diesel.An in-depth performance study was conducted on the Micro-Pilot Diesel Igniting Direct Injection Methanol(MDDM)engine.Two different injection angles were combined with the piston combustion chamber profile to study the in-cylinder combustion performance,economic performance and emission performance of the engine at two torque points of 1200 N·m and 2750 N·m at a rotational speed of 1400 r/min.The results show that the close coordination of methanol injection angle of the MDDM engine with the combustion chamber profile can effectively optimize the combustion heat release rate.The methanol combustion duration is shorter when the nozzle A is injected at a small angle.At the operating point of 1400 r/min-1200 N·m,the combustion durations at methanol injection pressures of 45 MPa and 50 MPa were 34.4°CA and 34.3°CA respectively,and the thermal efficiencies were 44.2%and 44.4%respectively.At the operating point of 1400 r/min-2750 N·m,the combustion durations at methanol injection pressures of 50 MPa and 55 MPa were 41.5°CA and 39.9°CA respectively,and the thermal efficiencies were 44.1%and 44.9%respectively.Compared with nozzle B,the methanol ejected from nozzle A generates higher NOx emissions and lower THC and CO emissions.
