湖南省湘潭市再生稻头季低碾压高留茬机械收获作业分析

Analysis of Mechanized Harvesting Operation with Low Compaction and High Stubble Retention for the First Season of Ratoon Rice in Xiangtan City of Hunan Province

摘要 湘潭市作为湖南水稻主产区,加强再生稻扩种增产,提升再生稻机械化收获技术与装备供给能力,充分发挥再生稻生产对农业丰收的关键作用,对保障粮食安全生产具有重要意义。对再生稻收获机与常规收获机在机收损失率、破损率、含杂率、直行碾压率进行了对比分析,结果表明再生稻专用收获机直行碾压率为23.91%,与常规收获机直行碾压率相比降低50%,收获效率与常规收获机无明显差异。再生稻收获机宽割幅设计,可调控割茬高度和适应再生稻的收割特性成为其针对再生稻收获的优势。依据再生稻收获机作业中存在的不足,提出优化机身结构、加强机收操作信息化和智能化、促进收获机械作业低碳环保等建议,以促进再生稻稳定增产。 Xiangtan city is main rice production area in Hunan province,expansion of cultivation areas and increment of yield of ratoon rice had crucial function for agricultural bumper harvesting through promotion of ratoon rice cultivation by supply capacity increment of mechanized harvesting equipment,which had important significance for ensuring grain pro-duction safety.The harvesting loss-rate,grain damage rate,impurity content and straight rolling rate were compared and analyzed for ratoon rice harvester and conventional rice harvester,the results showed that the straight rolling rate of the ra-toon rice harvester was 23.91%,which was 50%lower than that of the conventional rice harvester,and there was no signif-icant difference in harvesting efficiency for the two harvesters.The ratoon rice harvester was designed special for ratoon rice harvesting with wide cutting width,adjustable cutting height and suitable harvesting performance for ratoon rice,which had special advantages for ratoon rice harvesting.Suggestions such as optimization of harvester structure,information and intelligence application of harvesting operation,promotion of low carbon emission and environmental protection of the mechanized harvesting operation were proposed,so as to promote the stable and high yield production of the ratoon rice.
