摘要
【目的】探究耕地细碎化、非农就业、农村内部收入差距之间的关系及影响机制,为相关政策的优化提供参考。【方法】通过对黄河流域中上游地区粮食种植户的微观调研,利用归并数据的Tobit模型,采取极大似然估计(maximum likelihood estimation,MLE)对方程系数进行估计,实证分析耕地细碎化对农村内部收入差距的影响,探讨非农就业在耕地碎片化与农村内部收入差距之间的中介机制。【结果】耕地细碎化扩大了农村内部收入差距,非农就业在耕地细碎化与农村内部收入差距之间起部分中介作用。进一步分析区位因素,发现耕地细碎化对山区农村内部收入差距的影响比平原地区更为显著。【结论】为提高农户收入,缩小农村内部收入差距,应当适度提升耕地规模化程度,拓宽低收入人群非农就业渠道,加大山区的综合开发管理。
【Objective】Through exploring the relationship and impact mechanism between the fragmentation of arable land,non-agricultural employment,and income inequality within rural areas,this study aims to provide reference for the optimization of relevant policies.【Method】Through a micro survey of grain growers in the upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River region,the Tobit model of merged data was used to estimate the coefficients of the equation using maximum likelihood estimation(MLE).The impact of land fragmentation on rural income inequality was empirically analyzed,and the mediating mechanism of non-agricultural employment between land fragmentation and rural income inequality was explored.【Result】Income gap within rural areas has been widened by the fragmentation of arable land,non farm employment plays a mediating role between the fragmentation of arable land and the income gap within rural areas.Further analysis of location factors reveals that the fragmentation of arable land exhibits a more significant impact on the income gap within rural areas in mountainous regions than in plain areas.【Conclusion】To increase farmers’income and narrow the income gap within rural areas,it is necessary to moderately increase the scale of arable land,broaden the non-agricultural employment channels for low-income groups,and increase comprehensive development and management in mountainous areas.
