基于EDEM链夹式赤芍移栽机直立移栽仿真研究 被引量:1

Simulation of Upright Transplanting Based on EDEM Chain-clamped Red Peony Root Transplanter

摘要 针对目前移栽机无法实现赤芍直立移栽的问题,借鉴链夹式移栽机的工作原理,利用运动学分析了赤芍落地倾角与前进速度、落苗高度、抛苗角度的函数关系,阐明了抛苗倾角、落地高度和赤芍落地倾角的变化规律。同时,采用仿真分析的方法,建立了赤芍移栽离散元模型,确立了前进速度、落苗高度、抛苗角度、苗夹与开沟器水平距离为赤芍直立移栽的主要影响因素,分析了各个因素的水平取值;以直立度为指标,进行四因素五水平中心面试验设计和参数优化。当前进速度240.68 mm/s、抛苗角度14.19°、落苗高度145.66 mm、水平距离5.68 mm时,赤芍的直立度为86.62°;并进行了田间试验,结果为直立度82.3°、直立率92.9%、株距变异系数13.6%。田间试验直立度结果与仿真结果基本一致,该研究可为链夹式赤芍直立移栽机性能参数的确定提供技术参考。 Aiming at the current transplanting machine can not realize the problem of upright transplanting of red peony root,drawing on the working principle of the chain-clamped transplanting machine,the kinematics analysis of red peony root landing inclination and forward speed,seedling height,seedling throwing angle as a function of,and elucidated the changing law of the seedling throwing inclination,the height of the landing and the landing inclination of the red peony root.Using simulation analysis,discrete element model for transplanting of red peony root was established,and the main influencing factors for upright transplanting of red peony root were established as the forward speed,seedling height,seedling throwing angle,seedling clamp and the horizontal distance of furrow opener,and the horizontal values of the factors were analyzed;with the degree of uprightness as the index,four-factor and five-level central plane experimental design and parameter optimization were carried out.The results showed that when the forward speed was 240.68 mm/s,the seedling throwing angle was 14.19°,the seedling dropping height was 145.66 mm,and the horizontal distance was 5.68 mm,the degree of uprightness of red peony root was 86.62°.The field test was conducted and the results were 82.3°of upright degree,92.9%of upright rate,and 13.6%of coefficient of variation of plant spacing.The results of field trial uprightness were basically consistent with the simulation results.This study could provide technical reference for the determination of the performance parameters of chain-clamped red peony root upright transplanter.
