摘要
结合工程实例,讨论了建筑筏板基础大体积混凝土施工基本要求。并在此基础上,分别从材料配置、现场运输、浇筑振捣、养护控制等具体技术入手,讨论了施工期间需要注意的各类关键事项。施工结果表明,通过适当加入粉煤灰等外掺剂材料,能够使大体积筏板基础结构在养护期间的温度降幅达到0.8%~3.7%,有效减少结构内外温差现象。同时采用合理的材料配置、温控措施以及施工技术,能够有效提高混凝土施工质量,使其养护28 d强度大于设计值的95%以上,表面裂缝宽度≤0.2 mm。该技术推动了建筑工程施工的顺利进行,促进了我国建筑行业的高质量发展。
This article discusses the basic requirements for the construction of large volume concrete for building raft foundations,based on engineering examples.And based on this,specific techniques such as material configuration,on-site transportation,pouring and vibration,and maintenance control were discussed to discuss various key issues that need to be paid attention to during the construction period.According to the final construction results,by appropriately adding external additives such as fly ash,the temperature drop of the large volume raft foundation structure during maintenance can reach 0.8%to 3.7%,effectively reducing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the structure.By adopting reasonable material configuration,temperature control measures,and construction techniques,the quality of concrete construction can be effectively improved,with a curing strength of more than 95%of the design value after 28 days and a surface crack width of≤0.2mm.This technology has facilitated the smooth progress of construction projects and promote the high-quality development of China's construction industry.
