摘要
为探究下穿铁路框架改建桥梁施工关键技术,首先对下穿铁路框架桥结构特点和周边既有铁路相对位置关系进行分析,并提出了顶进法施工过程中的施工重难点。其次,基于该下穿铁路改建框架桥周边环境特点和工程重难点分析,提出了基于顶进法的总体施工方案,并给出了思路清晰的施工工艺流程。最后对顶进法施工过程中的桩基施工、顶进滑板及框架桥预制、注浆固化处理、顶进施工和施工监测进行了详细研究,并从技术角度提出了顶进施工过程中的两种安全应急控制方案,以进一步确保下穿铁路框架桥顶进施工安全问题。
In order to explore the key construction techniques for the reconstruction of a bridge through a railway frame,the structural characteristics of the railway frame bridge under crossing and the relative position relationship of the surrounding existing railways were analyzed,and the construction difficulties and key points in the top-down method construction process were proposed.Secondly,based on the analysis of the environmental characteristics and engineering difficulties of the framework bridge for the reconstruction of the underpass railway,an overall construction plan based on the jacking method was proposed,and a clear construction process flow was provided.Finally,a detailed study was conducted on the pile foundation construction,prefabrication of sliding plates and frame bridges,grouting solidification treatment,jacking construction,and construction monitoring during the jacking method construction process.Two safety emergency control plans were proposed from a technical perspective to further ensure the safety of the jacking construction of underpass railway frame bridges.
