阿法骨化醇治疗糖尿病周围神经病变合并维生素D缺乏患者的疗效

Efficacy of Alfacalcidol in the Treatment of Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy with Vitamin D Deficiency

摘要 目的 分析阿法骨化醇治疗糖尿病周围神经病变合并维生素D缺乏患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年6月福建医科大学附属三明市第一医院的90例糖尿病周围神经病变合并维生素D缺乏患者,依治疗方法分观察组(45例)与对照组(45例)。对照组在基础治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的基础上采用维生素D3软胶囊口服,观察组则基于对照组采用阿法骨化醇软胶囊口服。对比两组临床疗效、血清25羟维生素D水平、神经传导速度。结果 观察组临床疗效为93.33%(42/45),显著优于对照组的75.56%(34/45),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.414,P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组血清25羟维生素D水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组运动与感觉传导速度(正中神经及腓总神经)更快,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 阿法骨化醇治疗糖尿病周围神经病变合并维生素D缺乏患者具有较好疗效,可显著改善患者的血清25羟维生素D和神经传导速度。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of alfacalcidol in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropa-thy with vitamin D deficiency.Methods Select 90 diabetes peripheral neuropathy with vitamin D deficiency patients from Sanming First Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024,and divide them into an observation group(45 cases)and a control group(45 cases)according to the treatment method.The control group took vitamin D3 soft capsule orally on the basis of basic treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy,and the observation group took alfacalcidol soft cap-sule orally on the basis of the control group.Evaluate the therapeutic effect by comparing the changes in clinical effi-cacy,serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D levels,nerve conduction velocity,and other observation indicators between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was better than that of the control group 75.56%(34/45),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.414,P<0.05).The serum 25 hydroxyvi-tamin D level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the motor and sensory conduction velocity(median nerve and com-mon peroneal nerve)of the observation group were faster,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Alfacalcidol is effective in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy with vitamin D deficiency,which can significantly improve the serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D and nerve conduction velocity.
