摘要
目的 探究左甲状腺素钠片、胰岛素及口服降糖药联合治疗2型糖尿病合并桥本甲状腺炎患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年7月—2024年9月江苏省句容市人民医院收治的60例2型糖尿病合并桥本甲状腺炎患者,依据不同治疗方案分为对照组、观察组,每组30例。对照组采取左甲状腺素钠片、胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用口服降糖药,比较组间治疗效果、血糖指标、甲状腺功能指标、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。比较两组不良反应发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 对2型糖尿病合并桥本甲状腺炎患者采用左甲状腺素钠片、胰岛素及口服降糖药联合方法,治疗效果高,改善血糖、甲状腺功能,不良反应少。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of levothyroxine sodium tablets,insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis admitted to Jurong People′s Hos-pital of Jiangsu Province from July 2021 to September 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observa-tion group according to different treatment schemes,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablets and insulin,and the observation group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood glucose index,thyroid function index and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the free triiodo-thyronine and free thyroxine were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined method of levothyroxine sodium tablets,insulin and oral hypoglycemic drugs for pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis has a high therapeutic effect,improves blood glucose,thyroid function and has fewer adverse reactions.
