Traditional Media Transformation Strategies in the Era of Big Data

摘要 随着数字技术的迅猛发展,新媒体异军突起,信息传播方式发生了翻天覆地的变化,传统媒体市场份额逐渐被新媒体侵蚀,用户活跃度与留存率下降,经营压力陡增。本文认为,大数据技术的广泛应用也为传统媒体的转型发展提供了新的可能,传统媒体要厘清面临的挑战,从多个维度采取切实有效的措施,实现自我转型。 With the rapid development of digital technology,new media has emerged as a new force,and the way information is disseminated has undergone earth shaking changes.The market share of traditional media is gradually being eroded by new media,resulting in a decrease in user activity and retention rates,and a sharp increase in business pressure.This article argues that the widespread application of big data technology also provides new possibilities for the transformation and development of traditional media.Traditional media needs to clarify the challenges they face and take practical and effective measures from multiple dimensions to achieve self transformation.
