摘要
专业群建设强调“群”的资源整合带来的集聚效应,从而提高各专业建设的整体优势。如何实现科学组群、资源整合和共建共享,实现群内专业教学资源共享、优势互补、协同发展,助力就业、发挥带动引领作用,提高人才培养质量,成为众多职业院校、行业企业关注的重点问题。以陶瓷设计与工艺专业群为例,基于专业群建设对其具体建设内容、实施过程与特色、建设效果、改进措施等方面开展探究,为职业院校专业群建设提供参考,推动职业院校课程教学改革。
The construction of professional groups emphasizes the agglomeration effect brought about by the integration of resources in the"group",thereby enhancing the overall advantages of each professional construction.How to achieve scientific grouping,resource integration,and co construction and sharing,realize the sharing,complementary advantages,and collaborative development of professional teaching resources within the group,help employment,play a leading role,and improve the quality of talent cultivation has become a key issue of concern for many vocational colleges and industry enterprises.Taking the Ceramic Design and Craftsmanship Professional Group as an example,this study explores the specific construction content,implementation process and characteristics,construction effects,and improvement measures based on the construction of the professional group,providing reference for the construction of vocational college professional groups and promoting the reform of vocational college curriculum and teaching.
