摘要
工程制图课程是化工专业重要的技术基础课。分析了我校化工专业工程制图教学中存在的问题,对工程制图课程教学进行改革。首先对化工专业培养方案进行调整,增加课程理论教学学时,并增设CAD基础课程以衔接后续的课程设计。在教学内容安排上,侧重与工程实践密切联系的机械制图部分。在教学方式和手段方面,课堂教学中以学生为中心,通过计算机辅助教学培养学生的空间想象和空间分析能力,强化手工绘图和识图训练,激发学生的学习兴趣。在考核方式与内容上也做出相应的调整,突出作业占比。基于工程教育专业认证的化工专业工程制图课程教学实践,着力培养学生绘制和阅读工程图样的基本能力以及图解空间几何问题的能力。
The engineering drawing course is an important technical foundation course for chemical engineering majors.This article analyzes the problems in the teaching of engineering drawing in the chemical engineering major of our school,and explores the teaching reform mode of the engineering drawing course.Firstly,adjust the training plan for the chemical engineering major by increasing the theoretical teaching hours of this course,and connect the subsequent course design with the addition of the CAD fundamentals course.In terms of teaching content arrangement,the focus is on learning the mechanical drawing part that is closely related to engineering practice.In terms of teaching methods and means,it is proposed to focus on students in classroom teaching,cultivate their spatial imagination and analysis abilities through computer-aided teaching,strengthen manual drawing and image recognition training,and enhance their learning interest.Corresponding adjustments have also been made to the assessment methods and content,highlighting the proportion of homework.Based on engineering education professional certification,the teaching practice of engineering drawing in the chemical engineering major focuses on cultivating the basic ability of students to draw and read engineering drawings and the ability to illustrate spatial geometry problems.
