摘要
探究饮食调护结合个性化护理对乳腺癌化疗患者的影响。选取2024年1月—2024年12月贵州医科大学附属医院乳腺外科收治的80例行完全植入式静脉输液港化疗的乳腺癌患者为研究对象,按照抽签法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以饮食调护结合个性化护理,比较两组患者的营养状况、依从性、生活质量评分、心理弹性量表得分。结果显示,干预后,观察组白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心理弹性量表得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,饮食调护结合个性化护理,有助于改善乳腺癌化疗患者的营养状态,提升其生活质量。
To explore the influence of dietary nursing combined with individualized nursing on breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.A total of 80 breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy via totally implantable venous port at the Department of Breast Surgery,The Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group by drawing lots,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given dietary nursing combined with individualized nursing.The nutritional status,compliance,quality of life score,and Psychological Resilience Scale score were compared between the two groups.The results showed that after intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the compliance of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the Psychological Resilience Scale score of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that dietary nursing combined with individualized nursing can help improve the nutritional status and quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
