摘要
研究噻托溴铵在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床治疗中的应用效果。选择2023年10月—2024年9月医院收治的70例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为噻托溴铵组(n=35,采用噻托溴铵治疗)和沙丁胺醇组(n=35,采取临床基础治疗),比较两组患者的肺功能、6 min步行距离以及生活质量。结果显示,治疗前,两组患者的6 min步行距离、生活质量评分、血气指标、血清炎症因子指标比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的6 min步行距离、生活质量评分、血气指标、血清炎症因子指标均较治疗前改善,且噻托溴铵组肺功能指标、6 min步行距离、生活质量评分、血气指标、预后效果、血清炎症因子指标均明显优于沙丁胺醇组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,噻托溴铵在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床治疗中的应用效果明显,值得在临床广泛运用。
This study investigates the clinical efficacy of tiotropium bromide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).A total of 70 elderly COPD patients admitted to the hospital from October 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into a tiotropium bromide group(n=35,treated with tiotropium bromide)and a salbutamol group(n=35,received basic clinical treatment).Pulmonary function,6-minute walk distance(6MWD),and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Before treatment,there were no signifi cant differences in 6MWD,quality of life scores,blood gas indices,and serum infl ammatory factor indices between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all indices in both groups improved compared with those before treatment.The tiotropium bromide group showed significantly better pulmonary function indices,6MWD,quality of life scores,blood gas indices,prognosis,and serum infl ammatory factor indices than the salbutamol group(P<0.05).The study shows that tiotropium bromide has signifi cant clinical efficacy in the treatment of elderly COPD patients and is worthy of wide clinical application.
