摘要 介绍一种采用高压密闭消解土壤样品,ICP-MS法测定土壤中硼的分析方法,结果表明,该方法具有较低的检出限,较高的准确度和精密度,符合土壤检测质量控制要求,通过测定实际土壤样品并与标准方法比对,符合要求。通过空白试验,得出此方法的检出限为0.6μg/g,通过测定5个国家标准物质,得出此方法的相对标准偏差RSD为1.4%~3.8%,相对误差RE为-0.3%~3.5%。方法快速简便,能满足科研及生产中硼的测量要求,尤其适合大批量土壤样品的检测。 This paper introduces an analytical method for determining boron in soil by using high-pressure sealed digestion of soil samples and ICP-MS.The results show that this method has a low detection limit,high accuracy and precision,and meets the quality control requirements for soil testing.By measuring actual soil samples and comparing with the standard method,the results are in line with the requirements.Through blank tests,the detection limit of this method is 0.6μg/g.By measuring five national standard substances,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of this method is 1.4%to 3.8%,and the relative error(RE)is-0.3%to 3.5%.This method is rapid and simple,and can meet the measurement requirements of boron in scientific research and production,especially suitable for the detection of large batches of soil samples.
