摘要
苯胺类化合物作为原料或化工中间体,用量大,环境残留及毒害作用强,某些苯胺类对人体有致癌作用,已被列为环境重点污染物。该研究主要综述了水样中苯胺类化合物的前处理技术及检测方法,重点讨论了每种方法的影响因素,进一步展望了气相色谱法在水质苯胺类化合物分析方向的发展趋势,旨在为气相色谱法测定水质苯胺类化合物提供参考。
Aniline compounds,as raw materials or chemical intermediates,have been classified as key environmental pollutants because of their high dosage,strong environmental residues and toxic effects,and the carcinogenic effects of some anilines on human beings.The pretreatment techniques and detection methods of aniline compounds in water samples were summarized.The influencing factors of each approach were highlight-ed as well.The development trend of gas chromatography in the analysis of aniline compounds in water was further prospected,aiming at providing a reference for the determination of aniline compounds in water by gas chromatography.
