摘要
地菍(Melastoma dodecandrum Lour.)作为我国南方特色药用植物,其富含的黄酮类物质具有显著的抗氧化、抗炎及抗肿瘤活性。通过系统综述近20年地菍中黄酮类成分的化学结构特征、分离纯化技术、药理活性等相关研究进展,为后续深度开发利用提供参考。
Melastoma dodecandrum Lour.,as a characteristic medicinal plant in southern China,is rich in flavonoids,which exhibit signifi-cant antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,and anti-tumor activities.By systematically reviewing the research progress over the past 20 years on the chemi-cal structural characteristics,separation and purification techniques,and pharmacological activities of flavonoids in Melastoma dodecandrum Lour.,this paper aims to provide a reference for further in-depth development and utilization.
