摘要
以阿联酋T1隧道工程为研究对象,针对辉长岩-石灰岩复合地层中围岩等级突变(S2~S5级)、极端高温(52℃)及季节性水文波动等复杂条件,提出集成化解决方案。通过使用多源数据融合地质预报技术(地质雷达扫描+钻孔成像),针对S5级围岩采用“管棚+钢拱架+注浆”协同支护体系,构建分级变频排水系统,应力释放孔与8通道微震监测系统联用等技术,S5级围岩月进尺提高20%,支护成本降低9.4%,混凝土强度达标率提升至96%。研究成果验证了动态调控机制在复杂环境中的适用性。
Taking the T1 tunnel project in the United Arab Emirates as the research object,an integrated solution is proposed for the complex conditions of the sudden changes in surrounding rock grades(S2 to S5 grades),extreme high temperatures(52℃),and seasonal hydrological fluctuations in gabbro-limestone composite strata.Through the use of multi-source data fusion geological forecasting technology(geological radar scanning+drilling imaging),the use of“pipe shelter+steel arch+grouting”collaborative support system for S5 surrounding rock,the construction of graded frequency conversion drainage system,stress release hole and 8-channel microseismic monitoring system,and other technologies,the monthly footage of S5 surrounding rock is increased by 20%,and the support cost is reduced by 9.4%.Concrete strength up to standard rate increased to 96%.The research results verify the applicability of dynamic control mechanism in complex environment.
