摘要
师范生师德践行对于培养高素质的教师队伍、提升教育质量、促进学生健康成长和推动社会文明进步意义重大。然而,当前师范生师德践行面临诸多困境,主要表现在师德承诺与师德实践断裂、自我效能感缺失和社会环境对师德践行支持薄弱等方面。自我认同理论为师范生理解如何形成师德信念提供了重要视角,既能指导他们增强教育专业归属感,又能激励他们自觉践行师德。在自我认同理论视域下,强化师范生的师德践行可以遵循以下路径:增强师德教育与个人价值的整合;实现师德承诺与师德践行的有效链接;提升自我效能感与角色认同;强化师德践行的社会环境支持。
The practice of teacher ethics among normal university students is of great significance for cultivating a high-quality teaching team,improving the quality of education,promoting the healthy growth of students,and advancing social civilization.However,the current practice of teacher ethics among normal university students faces many challenges,mainly manifested as a disconnect between teacher ethics commitments and practice,a lack of self-efficacy,and weak support from the social environment for teacher ethics practice.The theory of self-identity provides an important perspective for teacher trainees to understand how to form professional ethics beliefs,which cannot only guide them to enhance their sense of belonging to the education profession,but also motivate them to consciously practice professional ethics.From the perspective of self-identity theory,strengthening the practice of teacher ethics among normal university students can follow the following path:enhancing the integration of teacher ethics education and personal values;An effective link between fulfilling professional ethics commitments and practicing professional ethics;Enhance self-efficacy and role identification;Strengthen the social environment support for the practice of teacher ethics.
