摘要
水利工程作为基础设施,在合理开发利用水资源、防洪安全、生态环境保护方面具有重要作用。水利工程概算编制的科学性和准确性是工程顺利实施的基础,也是强化对工程费用控制的有效手段。基于此,本文深入分析了水利工程造价超概算形成的原因,并提出具体对策,以期为水利工程造价管理工作的开展提供参考和借鉴。
As a national economic infrastructure,water conservancy projects play an important role in the rational development and utilization of water resources,flood control safety,and ecological environment protection.The scientific and accurate preparation of water conservancy project budget is the foundation for the smooth implementation of the project and an effective means to strengthen the control of project costs.Based on this,this article deeply analyzes the reasons for the formation of water conservancy project cost overruns and proposes specific countermeasures,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the development of water conservancy project cost management work.
