摘要
针对一起500 kV变压器重瓦斯保护动作导致变压器三侧断路器跳闸事故,对变压器本体及附属设备、保护装置进行检查,并进行了油色谱试验和储油柜红外测温,确定了事故原因,即低温小负荷导致变压器油温度降低、体积减小,变压器油面下降,引起重瓦斯保护动作。模拟实验验证了上述分析的正确性。最后根据事故原因,提出了相应的防范措施,防止同类事故再次发生,为类似事故的分析和诊断提供参考。
In allusion to a trip accident of 500 kV transformer three side circuit breakers caused by the operation of the heavy gas pressure protection,the body and ancillary equipment of the transformer and the relay protection equipment are inspected.The oil chromatography test and the infrared temperature measurement of the oil conservator are carried out,and the cause of the accident is determined.The small load at low temperature leads to the lowering of the temperature of the transformer oil and the reduction of its volume,then the transformer oil level drops,resulting in the operation of the heavy gas pressure protection.The simulation ex-periment verifies the correctness of the above analysis.Lastly,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed according to the cause of the accident so as to prevent the same type of fault from recurring and provide reference for the analysis and diagnosis of similar accidents.
